The clinic offers onsite accessible parking and adjustable examination beds to ensure comfort, safety, and ease of access at every visit.
Services for older adults include:
- Health assessments (75+)
- Chronic Condition Management Plans
- Ulcer and wound management services
- Vaccinations (including COVID, influenza, pneumococcus, whooping cough, tetanus and a complete range of travel vaccinations)
- Southern IML Pathology is co-located and offer INR testing (warfarin management).
Nursing Home Service
Currently, we only provide services to Marco Polo IRT Woonona.
Services offered include:
- Comprehensive initial review and case conference with family
- Regular reviews of care planning
- Yearly Health Assessment
- Regular medication reviews with facility pharmacist
- Routine scheduled visits for both urgent and non urgent issues
