Dr Helen Maclean

Helen graduated from the University of Sydney in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science, Majoring in Psychology. She then completed her medical degree at UNSW in 2006. Helen then worked at Wollongong Hospital for a few years prior to completing her GP training , gaining her fellowship to the RACGP in 2013.

Helen lives in the area with her husband, two young daughters and her golden retriever.

She enjoys the unique challenges of General Practice, with specialist interests in women’s and children’s health.  Helen loves being able to incorporate her psychology knowledge into her medical practice, caring for many patients with anxiety, depression, eating disorders and gender issues.

Helen is available Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and some Saturdays.
