Sleep Awareness Week

Together with Gould Sleep Psychology, we are promoting Sleep Awareness Week from 3 – 9 August. Grahame Gould is a clinical psychologist with rooms at Bulli Medical Practice. Grahame’s article about sleep problems and tips on how to get a better night’s rest was featured in this month’s 2515 magazine (see below).
If you are having sleep problems, start by talking to your GP to eliminate any medical causes.
You can also make an appointment with Grahame at Gould Sleep Psychology, located within Bulli Medical Practice. Grahame helps clients with insomnia, including difficulty getting to sleep, staying asleep or having non-restorative sleep.
