Better Consult Pre-consultation Questionnaire

When you book a new appointment at Bulli Medical Practice, you will now receive an SMS prompting you to complete a secure, pre-consultation questionnaire.
The questionnaire program, “Better Consult”, is completely secure and private. The information you provide is only accessible by your doctor.
The questionnaire will ask you about the reason for the appointment and relevant clinical information. A summary is provided to your doctor just before your appointment.
The information helps your GP to understand what you are most concerned about. This means they can maximise available consultation time to address that health issue.
It also helps our GPs to manage patients who may have respiratory symptoms to ensure they are booked into the appropriate type of consultation at Bulli Medical Practice.
Participation in the questionnaire is voluntary and you can choose whether or not to provide this information.
