Tele-health consultations, restricted access and electronic payment

We are committed to providing face-to-face appointments throughout the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) Pandemic but also offer Tele-health consultations and a separate respiratory clinic. We have made changes to how you access the Practice and have temporarily closed our carpark. See details below.

Separate Respiratory Clinic

We have a separate clinic for patients with respiratory symptoms such as cough, fever, and breathing difficulties. Respiratory patients must telephone reception on 4284 4622 for a scheduled appointment in the respiratory clinic. They will receive verbal instructions on how to access the clinic and should not enter via the front door. Instead, patients with an appointment at the respiratory clinic should call the number on the car-park gate and wait for instructions/assistance.

Tele-health Consultations

For patients who’d prefer telephone consultations, we are providing bulk-billed tele-health services as per the Government’s health plan to fight Covid-19. You can book online or by calling reception.

Face-to-Face Appointments

We still offer face-to-face consultations for patients without respiratory symptoms. These are billed as per our Practice Billing Policy. You can book online or by calling reception.

Restricted Access

Our doors are locked and we have an intercom system. Our reception staff will confirm you have an appointment before providing access.

The gates to our practice are closed and we are unable to offer parking at this time. This is to protect our staff and patients attending various clinics conducted from rooms adjoining the car park and temporary structures within the car park.

Please park on-street or at the Bulli train station carpark.

Electronic Payment Only

To protect our reception staff we have eliminated cash handling at reception. Please ensure that you have a card available to make your payment and use the terminal at reception to swipe your own card at the end of your appointment. If you don’t have a card available, we can provide you with our banking details for a funds transfer.
